Application Process
To apply for the Madera County Farm Bureau Scholarship, please follow these simple steps:
Ensure you meet the eligibility requirements:
- Student must be a resident of Madera County
- Graduating Senior from a high school in Madera County in 2024
- Students of San Joaquin Memorial, Fresno Christian,
- Firebaugh, or Sierra are eligible IF they reside in Madera County
Complete the online application form, providing accurate and detailed information about your academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and any relevant experiences in the agricultural field.
Write a short biography, including reasons for your choice of major subject. Include your past and present financial circumstances and your plans for the future.
Submit three (3) letters of recommendation from individuals who can speak to your character, academic achievements, and commitment to agriculture. At least one letter should be from a teacher or professor.
Provide a copy of your most recent transcripts, showcasing your academic performance.
Our scholarship committee will carefully review all applications and select recipients based on academic merit, commitment to agriculture, leadership potential, and community involvement.
The deadline for submitting your scholarship application is Wednesday, March 06, 2024. Late applications will not be considered.
Candidates selected for an interview will receive communication for interview scheduling after the date of March 11, 2024.
Scholarship winners will be announced after March 28, 2024.
