Farmers and Investors that are interested in either selling or buying agricultural real estate.
Are you part of a family owned business? Which family members help run the business?
Yes, I’m part of our family owned business at Victor Packing Inc., and a partner in our family vineyards. As for real estate, I work with Joaquin Avila. Together we serve the San Joaquin Valley farm real estate needs.
What kind of community projects does your company participate in?
We Support Madera Youth Programs, CSUF, along with our Local Hospitals.
Where would you like to position your company in the next 5 to 10 years?
I would like to see it grow. We will strive to provide the best services to buyers and sellers. We value each client we represent and the business relationship that develops.
Are you concerned with the water issues that we face in the Central Valley? What are your specific concerns?
Absolutely! I am concerned about total water availability, and cost. As growers, we are dependent on water to grow the crops that feed this nation and many others around the world.
What hobbies do you enjoy when you are not working?
I enjoy traveling to the central coast with my wife and young son. I also, enjoy watching baseball, especially this year with our 2010 World Series Champions. Go Giants!
What value do you receive from your Farm Bureau membership?
The Madera Farm Bureau has been an excellent resource to our family for many years. They have been of great assistance and supportive, especially when California Agriculture is faced with new challenges with water, farm labor, and other farm issues placed upon us by our state and federal legislators.
